Using large-scale puppets, colourful sets, Scottish traditional music and the amazing skill of the puppeteers, the story is told of Hughie MacDhui, Mairi Glengarry who is running away from her wicked uncle, Naggie MacCraggie. Along the way they make friends with Nessie, the famous monster from the loch, who talks with a Scottish upper class accent and is an expert at dodging research submarines! Magical and fantastical – adored by children and grownups!
